International shipping may be available where legally permitted.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of Aeternum’s control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be legally imported into their jurisdiction. Aeternum is not responsible for any delays, seizures, or issues caused by customs or local regulations.

Once an order has been shipped, Aeternum is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

Return

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

The incorrect product was shipped

The product was damaged during shipment

The order was cancelled before dispatch

All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a refund, customers must contact Aeternum with relevant order details and supporting evidence where applicable.

Aeternum reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility for a refund at its sole discretion.
