AETERNUM TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Research Use Only
All products supplied by Aeternum are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research use only.
Our products are not approved by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
Aeternum products are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, veterinary products, or consumer health products.
2. Not for Human Consumption
Aeternum products are not for human or veterinary consumption or use.
By purchasing from Aeternum, you confirm that products will not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied, administered, compounded, or otherwise used in or on any person or animal.
Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited and is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to access this website, create an account, or purchase products from Aeternum.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
4. Customer Eligibility and Responsibility
By purchasing from Aeternum, you confirm that:
a. you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, import, store, handle, and use the products in your jurisdiction;
b. you are purchasing the products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes;
c. you have the appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, and procedures to handle research compounds safely;
d. you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, import rules, customs requirements, laboratory safety requirements, and disposal procedures;
e. you will not use, resell, transfer, or supply any product for human or veterinary use.
Aeternum reserves the right to request further information, refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we believe an order may be inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
5. Product Information
Information provided on the Aeternum website is for general scientific and research context only.
Nothing on the website constitutes medical advice, veterinary advice, pharmaceutical advice, dosage guidance, treatment guidance, health advice, or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.
References to scientific literature, biological pathways, molecular activity, or published studies are provided for research context only and must not be interpreted as instructions for personal use.
6. No Dosage or Administration Guidance
Aeternum does not provide dosage instructions, administration guidance, reconstitution guidance for human or veterinary use, treatment protocols, cycle advice, or personal-use recommendations.
Any request for such information may result in order refusal, cancellation, or account restriction.
7. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Aeternum.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:
a. customer information cannot be verified;
b. the order appears inconsistent with lawful research use;
c. the product may be restricted in the customer’s jurisdiction;
d. payment, fraud, chargeback, or compliance risk is identified;
e. product availability changes;
f. we reasonably believe the order may breach these Terms or applicable law.
An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed and dispatched by Aeternum.
8. Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, transport, use, and disposal of products after delivery.
Products must be handled only in appropriate research settings using suitable safety procedures, equipment, and protocols.
Aeternum is not responsible for degradation, contamination, loss, misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect handling, or improper disposal after delivery.
9. Shipping
Aeternum may offer domestic and international shipping where available and legally permitted.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, import procedures, inspections, regulatory reviews, weather, strikes, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Aeternum is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
10. International Orders, Customs, and Import Responsibility
International customers are solely responsible for checking whether the products can be lawfully imported, possessed, stored, handled, and used in their country or region before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for all customs requirements, import permits, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, carrier fees, storage fees, documentation requests, inspections, delays, seizures, returns, refusals, or other import-related issues.
Aeternum is not responsible for customs delays, import refusal, seizure, detention, destruction, return, additional fees, or regulatory action arising from the customer’s jurisdiction or failure to comply with applicable import requirements.
11. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, Aeternum does not accept returns once a product has been dispatched.
Research compounds may be affected by storage, temperature, handling, contamination, tampering, chain of custody, and other factors outside Aeternum’s control after dispatch. For this reason, dispatched products cannot be returned, restocked, reused, or resold.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds may only be considered where:
a. the incorrect product was shipped;
b. the product was materially damaged in transit before delivery;
c. the order was cancelled before dispatch;
d. a refund is required by applicable law.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery, together with order details, photographs, packaging evidence, and any other information reasonably requested by Aeternum.
13. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except as stated in these Terms or where required by applicable law.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Aeternum first so that we can review and resolve any order issue.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, Aeternum reserves the right to provide the payment provider, bank, card network, or relevant authority with order records, tracking information, customer acknowledgements, correspondence, checkout confirmations, IP records, and evidence of agreement to these Terms.
15. No Warranties
Products are supplied “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Aeternum makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any specific research objective.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeternum, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to purchase, receipt, importation, storage, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of any product.
17. Customer Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aeternum against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, expenses, legal fees, or third-party claims arising from a breach of these Terms or misuse of products.
18. Prohibited Uses
Customers must not use products for human or veterinary purposes; consume, ingest, or inject them; resell them; or provide guidance on personal use.
19. Checkout Acknowledgement
Before placing an order, customers confirm that they are at least 21 years old; the products are for laboratory research use only; and they agree to these Terms.
20. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product names, images, text, and designs are owned by Aeternum and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
21. Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
22. Compliance Review
Aeternum may request further information before dispatching an order, including confirmation of intended use and eligibility.
23. Force Majeure
Aeternum shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including customs action, strikes, or regulatory reviews.
